Marine Corps Gen. Joe Dunford, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, is attending the NATO Military Committee meeting in Brussels to help examine proposals for the NATO meeting next month, and ultimately for alliance heads of state/government at the July summit meeting in Brussels.
